Welcome! Chelsea Place Psychological Services, PLLC is a practice in Saratoga County, founded by Dr. Gina Cosgrove in 2018. Dr. Cosgrove assembled a team of highly trained specialists — all independent contractors brought together in one practice — to offer a wide range of consultation, evaluation, and counseling services in a beautiful new office setting. While our focus is primarily children and adolescents, some of our specialists work with adult clients, as well.
